By participating in our classes and events, you consent to being photographed and recorded on video. You acknowledge that these photos and videos may be utilised for promotional purposes in upcoming public events, unless you provide us with a written notice of objection at least twenty-four hours (24 hours) before attending.
Class and Course Ticket Purchase and Attendance
This policy applies to all special events, workshops featuring international artists, and social parties hosted by Fiera Dance. Ticketing terms, including cancellations and transfers, are standardised across these events to ensure smooth operations and fair access for all attendees. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

Ticket Presentation
Ticket holders are required to present their tickets upon entry to the event venue. Tickets can be shown either in printed form or as a digital version on a mobile device. -
Cancellation and Transfer Policy

Cancellation Policy:
Ticket holders may request a full refund up to 72 hours before the scheduled event date and time. -
Transfer Policy:

Ticket holders may request to transfer their ticket to a similar event, or to another individual, if the request is made between more than 72 hours before the event start time.

Each ticket may only be transferred once.

Cancellation or transfer requests made within 72 hours of the event date/time are not eligible for a refund or transfer.

Event Ticket Purchase and Attendance

Non-Refundable Package

All private class packages are non-refundable once purchased. This includes single lessons and bundled packages.

Rescheduling Policy

Private classes can be rescheduled with a minimum of 12 hours’ notice before the scheduled date and time.

To reschedule, please contact us directly via email or phone. Any rescheduling requests made after the 12-hour window will not be accommodated.

Late Cancellations

Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled class time will be considered late cancellations and are 100% chargeable.

Missed Classes

If a participant does not attend the scheduled private class without prior notice, the session will be considered forfeited and is non-refundable.

General Guidelines

Classes must be scheduled and completed within the agreed-upon timeframe (as stated at the time of purchase).

Packages cannot be transferred to another individual.
