1. Ticket Presentation: Ticket holders are required to present their tickets upon entry to the event venue. Tickets can be presented either in printed form or as a digital version on a mobile device.

2. Drop-in Class and Course Tickets:

• Cancellation Policy: Ticket holders may request to cancel their ticket for a full refund up to 72 hours before the scheduled date and time of the event.

• Transfer Policy: Ticket holders may request to transfer their ticket to a similar class, or to another individual, if the request is made between 13 to 72 hours before the start time of the class/course - note that each ticket can only be transferred once. Cancellation requests made within 12 hours of the class date/time may not receive a refund or a transfer.

3. 4 Week Passes:

• Validity: 4-week passes are only valid for the specified classes and cannot be transferred to alternative dates unless in exceptional circumstances.

• Transfer Policy: Ticket holders may transfer their full 4-week pass to another person for the same dates. Please contact us directly if you wish to transfer your pass to another individual. Note that each ticket can only be transferred once.
